IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Rates quoted are for the whole house (maximum 6 persons)
- 10% deposit is payable at time of booking, with balance on occupancy
- Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is received 4 weeks prior
to arrival. A 10% service charge of the total amount applies for
cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival and no refunds are
available for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival.
- A "no refund" policy applies during the Christmas / New Year period.
- A $350 security bond is to be paid on occupancy which is refundable
upon leaving
- Payment can be made via VISA, MasterCard, Bankcard and Electronic
