Perth holiday villa is only 35km (30 minutes) drive North of Perth, Western Australia. It is approximately 5 minutes drive to Hillary’s Boat Harbour and 30 minutes North of Perth city.

Perth Holiday Villa is near the Ocean Reef Boat ramp and Mullaloo beach.  It takes no more than 5 minutes walk to the waters edge.  Joondalup city centre is just 5 minutes away, where you will find all commercial facilities for shopping and rail transport to Perth and other locations.

 Along the beachfront is a promenade and cycle path which runs alongside the beach and past the boat ramps towards Hillary’s, Scarborough and Fremantle.  Entrances to 22 kilometres of coastal walking and cycling paths are across the road from the villa. There are various view points and picnic spots along the way.

There are various supermarkets in the vicinity, one of which is open until 9pm every night. Petrol stations, hairdressing salons, bakeries, Chinese restaurants, newsagents, medical centres and pharmacies are within 10 minutes walk from the villa.
