- Rates quoted are for the whole house (sleeps 6 adults + 2 children - 12 years and under)
- 40% deposit is payable at time of booking, with balance on occupancy
- Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is received 4 weeks prior to arrival. A 10% service charge of the total amount applies for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival and no refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival.
- A "no refund" policy applies during the Christmas / New Year period.
